  • Thursday 5pm to 8pm - Packet Pickup / late registration for ALL events
  • Friday 8:30am to 10:30am - Packet Pickup / late registration for ALL events

    Tech t-shirts
    A true moisture wicking-fabric shirt that has been engineered to keep you dry while you exercise. There are plenty of polyester shirts out there, but this one is the real deal.

    RingSpun t-shirts are a 50% soft cotton/50% polyester fabric which is very soft to the touch. It feels like your favorite shirt the very first time you wear it and gets better with age.
    Refund / Transfer / Event Cancellation Policies:
  • No refunds will be given, but...
  • Participants who are unable to race will be allowed to rollover their entry to the following year or apply to another All Sports Productions's owned event in the current year
  • Participants must contact the Race Director before the race to be eligible for a rollover
  • If the event is cancelled, rollovers do not apply and all participants will be transferred to the reschedule date of the event
  • All Sports Productions in coordination with both local emergency personnel and race officials will make decisions based on safety first.
  • Courses and/or race segments may be altered as agreed to between All Sports Productions and officials.
  • If the event must be cancelled, then a participants' registration will be transferred to the rescheduled event only. The rescheduled date may not be until the following year's regularly scheduled date. The transfer is only good for the rescheduled event regardless if the athlete is able to attend.
  • Packet Pickup/Registration Info -
    General Information/Policies:
  • Online registration is the only way to pre register, but a person may register on site if spots are available. See Go Green initiatives under Event Info for more details on how the Eureka Springs Multisport Festival is reducing waste.
  • Packets cannot be mailed to participants.
  • Participants who are unable to participate in the race may pick up their packet and turn in their timing chip or they may have someone else pick up their packet for them. Their representative must show a signed copy of the participant's registration confirmation to pick up the packet, in order to claim the packet and goodies.
  • Race-only participants unable to attend packet pick-up may have someone else pick up their packet for them. Their representative must show a signed copy of the participant's registration confirmation to pick up the packet, in order to claim the packet and goodies.

  • Triathlon - Friday from Noon - 1:30pm. Location - Holiday Island Recreation Center - 13 Buckskin Lane, Holiday Island, AR 72631. NO ONSITE REGISTRATION FOR TRIATHLON OR EUREKAN CATEGORIES...Packet pickup only.
  • Bike Race and ALL Rides - Saturday from 5am to 6:45am depending on specific events - Victoria Inn - (intersection of E. Van Buren & Ridgeview Rd).   • Runs - Sunday from 6am to 7:15am - Eureka Springs Auditorium located adjacent to the city courthouse. Eureka Springs City Courthouse - 44 South Main Street, 72632
  • Minimum Age Requirements - *please note how racing age is calculated:
  • Eurekan category - Age 16
  • Triathlon only - Age 10
  • Bike Races - Age 12
  • Bike Ride (20 miles) - Age 10 (accompanied by parent/guardian), age 14 if not
  • Bike Ride (58 miles) - Age 16
  • Bike Ride (100 miles) - Age 16
  • 5K Run - Age 6
  • 10K Run - Age 10
  • Fun Run/Walk - no minimum, but children under age 6 must be accompanied by an adult
  • *Age calculated as of December 31 for triathlon and bike events
  • *Age calculated as of day of the event for running events
